Athletic Programs Sample Menu

Our menus are specifically designed for Athletic Programs (AP) and do not include any beef or pork products. We use only chicken or turkey as our primary source of protein.

Our AP meal plans contain more starches than protein, as protein foods take longer to digest than starch and high-protein meals could lead to an increase in urine production (which could add to dehydration). We also limit the amount of dairy products to avoid development or incidence of food allergy reactions.
